CLASS SCHEDULES

It was a good and pleasant learning experience at Good Institute. I was their online class student for both Part I & Part II, I must say that their well-structured approach and highly experienced and knowledgeable lecturers are essential in making complex topics manageable and easy to grasp for working students like me.

The lecturers are expert in their subject, able to explain and answer questions during the course.In addition, the lecturers are diligent to update the reading material especially Real Estate rules and standard, and taxes. These are crucial to make sure students answer the right information in the exam.

I love the lecturers as they gave real-life examples to apply the theories. Besides, the reading materials and Past Year Questions helped me the most in passing the exams. The crash course also gave me a boost of confidence before the examination.

Good Institute has flexible times for students to attend. I find the sessions very useful and the lecturers very friendly too. A lot of people think that the course is tough but if you study with Good Institute, it is possible to do well. I am definitely recommending Good Institute to all my friends and family.

I was amazed with the systematic programme conducted by GI. It is detailed, compact, and has been simplified so that it is easy to understand. The flexible lecture class is beneficial to us, especially we had some urgent matter that occurred unexpectedly, we can recover at other sessions. The GI staff are also very kind and supportive. They provide the materials in a timely way.

The additional tutorial class helped me a lot besides the crash courses.
