Why you should sign up for this TPC course
- There are many components, steps and forms for the test of professional competence (TPC) making it confusing for many candidates.
- Don’t waste time feeling confused, not knowing what to do and looking for information in various sources.
- Sign up for this course and the step-by-step guidance will make the TPC much easier to navigate and to complete successfully.
- The course goes through everything you need to know on TPC in a structured way.

- The Board recently changed the guidelines for TPC in 2020 where all candidates sitting for TPC interview are only allowed 4 attempts to complete all 4 areas of the TPC interview. Failure to complete the 4 areas within 4 attempts will result in the candidate needing to restart the entire 4 areas again regardless of passed areas in the earlier 4 attempts. There shall also be a 6-month waiting period before recommencement.
- This course will help you to be more prepared for the entire TPC hence saving you valuable time searching around and to avoid you from having to resit the interview.
- This will in effect help you to get your real estate license sooner and become a Registered Estate Agent.
- The full course is available online to be accessed anytime, anywhere.
- The added coaching sessions are available via physical class as well as online for those who are unable to make it for the physical class.

...
REN tag registration in year 2017.
And I decided to enroll in the Agent Diploma course in year 2019.
The lecturers are expert in their subject, able to explain and answer questions during the course. In addition, the lecturers are diligent to update the reading material especially Real Estate rules and standard, and taxes. These are crucial to make sure students answer the right information in the exam.
Year 2020 Part 2 examinations are disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic, hence the Good Institute runs the subject crash course and past year analysis second times in year 2021 without additional charges. This is appreciated by those affected students. Although at the end BOVEA conducts the exam in year 2022 by giving 2 weeks only notice!
My tips for juniors in the future: There is no award for Part 1 examination, but you must pass all the subjects in Part 1 & 2 in one go to qualify as Top student nominees. Wish you all the best in Good Institute. study!”
