Many people may not understand the legal process which is involved in a sale and purchase transaction due to its legal intricacies and complexities.

In this seminar, participants will be guided step-by-step through the process of a sale and purchase transaction. The participants will be introduced to the various laws which are involved in a conveyancing transaction. This includes (but is not limited to) the Stamp Act, Real Property Gains Tax Act and the Solicitors Renumeration Order. Upon the completion of this seminar, participants will obtain a clearer picture of the various processes which a sale must go through before it is successfully transferred to the buyer.
