Apartment and condominium living are common in today’s modern society especially in the cities. You have everything you need under one roof. Your laundry, gym and convenience store are only a couple of floors down, all enjoyed within a secured environment. However, are you aware of the legal issues and intricacies which are involved in condominium or apartment living? Often, if not almost always when buying an apartment or condominium, we will be eagerly waiting to sign the agreement. How many of us actually read the fine prints at the developer's office or the fine prints of the advertisements posted by the Developer? How many of us actually do a background check on the developer?

Other issues which arise include the type of sale and purchase agreements. Can the developer control and dictate the terms of the agreement? What happens if the Developer decides to use a different type of agreement? These and various other issues which affect and relate to high rise living will be considered and discussed in this seminar.
